R100 Terms & Conditions (Checkout Agreement)
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the R100 subscription provided by RZ HR Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Subscription & Billing
R100 is an annual subscription billed as a one-time upfront payment at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually on the anniversary date unless cancelled prior to renewal by emailing sales@rzhrstudio.com
You will receive a renewal notification via email at least thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date.
Any campaign or promotional pricing will remain valid for the initial one (1) year term only. Upon renewal, the subscription will be billed at the standard product pricing in accordance with the Company’s pricing policy.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once access to the R100 dashboard has been granted.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within the subscription period.
3. Access & Delivery
Dashboard access will be granted to the email address provided at checkout, which will be considered the official account holder (“Access Email”).
Access credentials are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared with individuals outside your organization.
RZ HR Studio reserves the right to suspend or revoke access immediately if any unauthorized sharing, misuse, or breach of access terms is detected.
4. Candidate Availability
Candidate profiles within the R100 dashboard are updated on a monthly basis to reflect current availability.
While the Company strives for accuracy, candidate availability may change between refresh cycles, and the Company does not guarantee that any specific candidate will remain available at all times.
All candidate availability is maintained in good faith and verified through direct communication, not assumptions.
5. No Hiring Guarantee
R100 provides access to a curated pool of pre-vetted candidates only.
No guarantee of successful hiring outcomes is provided.
All hiring decisions, offers, contracts, and working relationships are made solely at your discretion and responsibility.
RZ HR Studio is not a party to any employment or contractor relationship formed between you and any candidate.
Additional services such as hiring support, onboarding, and offboarding assistance may be provided upon request and will be subject to separate fees and agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
RZ HR Studio shall not be liable for:
Any hiring outcomes or hiring decisions
Candidate performance, conduct, or tenure
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses arising from the use of the R100 dashboard
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
7. Communication Consent
By completing your purchase, you agree to receive email communications from RZ HR Studio, including:
Product updates
Onboarding instructions
Renewal notifications
Promotional content
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email communication.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
