Are the candidates actually available right now?

When does early access close, and what happens to the price?
Early Access closes April 30, 2026. After that, the price moves permanently to $1,499 per year. Early access buyers lock in $799 for 1 year of access.
Can I hire a candidate without running my own interview?
Yes. Many R100 buyers go straight to an offer based on the profile and recorded interview alone. You have the option to run one final conversation, but it is not required.
What happens immediately after I pay?
Dashboard access is granted within minutes of payment. Login credentials are sent to the access email provided at checkout. And you have access to the candidate database. Access is valid for 12 months, and the list refreshes automatically on the 1st of each month.
How is R100 different from a recruitment agency or job board?
R100 is a subscription-based talent dashboard, not an agency or job board. You pay a flat annual fee and get direct access to 100 pre-vetted, ranked Shopify CS candidates — no placement fees, no per-hire costs, no middlemen. The sourcing, vetting, and availability checks are all completed before you log in.
